Preparation of an assessment of working conditions and hazards in work areas, is required pursuant to §5 and §6 of the German Site Accident Protection Act (German abbr.: ArbSchG).

At your request, our qualified staff will work with you to prepare a complete safety concept, in accordance with the current Site Accident Protection Act and conforming to the relevant EN standards, covering the required protective facilities in and around the robotic cell, machinery, production line or other customer-specific plant to be built.

We will further prepare a complete offer including all the required component groups. This will allow you or your customer to order all the necessary protective facilities directly.

The safety concept covers the following areas:

• doors and gates
• light barriers
• necessary surveillance protection switches
